What products do you stock?
We stock a range of alternative medicine products and devices to assist patients with appropriate authorizations and prescriptions to access these medications.
How long before I get my products?
If you have a valid prescription and a valid authorized approval, as long as we have the product available from stock, we will be able to provide them to you on the spot. Some products may take between 24 and 48 hours to procure and in this case, we will source the relevant medication’s for you and call you as soon as they are available to arrange to get them to you.
Can you get any prescription medication?
As a specialty pharmacy and dispensary, we carry and procure a limited range of prescription products for our patients. Unfortunately, we can’t cater for all medical requirements or for all medications, but we will do everything we can to assist you in any way possible.
I don't have a script. Can you help me get one?
In order to get a script for any medication, you need to speak to your doctor. Your doctor may or may not prescribe medication’s that we provide or have access to however, our staff will guide you as best they can, depending on your circumstances and the range of treatments that you may require. We are not an alternative medicine clinic.
